Thomas C. Winegarden, M.D.

Dr. Winegarden is a Board Certified Adult and Addictions Psychiatrist. He received his degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and is the current Medical Director of Bridges at Stone Creek, an Intensive Outpatient Program located in Chanhassen, MN. Dr. Winegarden has served at Hazelden Treatment Center, Center City, MN since 1994 and serves as staff psychiatrist at Fairview Southdale Hospital. His clinical interests include bipolar, depression, anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorder and addictions in adult.

Molly V. Silas, M.D.

Dr. Silas is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. She received her degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Silas is currently a member of the American Psychiatric Association, Minnesota Psychiatric Society and Women in Psychiatry groups. She specializes in psychiatric medication management for adults. Dr. Silas helps people regain and maintain their emotional well being. In her time off, Molly enjoys travelling, gardening and being with her children, dog and cat.

Susan L. Erickson, M.D.

Dr. Erickson earned her MD from the University of Minnesota in 1993. She completed her Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Fellowship at The Mayo Clinic in 1998. Dr. Erickson is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Erickson provides psychiatric assessment and treatment of children ages 3 years through young adulthood who present with a spectrum of psychiatric disorders.

Rhett H. Tompkins, M.A., P.A.-C

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant (PA), Mr. Tompkins completed a Master's Degree in School Psychology. His thesis work involved neuropsychiatric research at The Johnson Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Tompkins completed the Physician School of Medicine in 1990. His first PA position was at Duke University Medical Center, in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's Attention Deficit Disorders Program. While on staff there, he participated as a collaborating scientist in the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) Multimodal Treatment Study of Children with ADHD, otherwise known as the MTA study. After leaving Duke to relocate to the Twin Cities in 1999, Mr. Tompkins has been involved with the outpatient treatment of children and adolescents in a variety of settings. He has further experience in general psychiatry, and both inpatient and outpatient psychogeriatric treatment of older adults. His interests are in psychopharmacology and psychiatric diagnosis across all age groups.

Terri Russell, R.N., C.N.S.

Ms. Russell is an Adult Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. She completed her M.S.N degree in 1983 from Texas Women's University in Houston, Texas. She's been employed in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings since that time. Her employment includes case management, individual and group therapy and psychiatric medication management. Ms. Russell was most recently employed for 14 years with Carver County Special Services. Terri Russell provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults.

Michael C. Keegan, N.P.-C

Michael Keegan is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. He earned a Bachelor's in Nursing at The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Master's in Nursing at The University of St. Francis in Joliet Illinois. He has worked with inpatient psychiatry patients for more than 5 years as a Registered Nurse. With his training and experience, he incorporates treatments of mental health conditions with holistic care of his patients. In his spare time, Michael enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and spending time at home with his wife and children. Michael is excited to be a part of the Stone Creek Psychiatry team of providers who give exceptional care for those in the Western suburbs and surrounding areas.
