Molly Silas, MD, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with training from the University of Minnesota Medical School and residency at the University of Minnesota. Her clinical work focuses on psychopharmacology and integrative, whole-person mental health care for adults. Dr. Silas specializes in psychiatric medication management, helping patients find treatment plans that support stability and long-term emotional wellbeing. She is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association, Minnesota Psychiatric Society, and Women in Psychiatry.

In addition to virtual appointments, Dr. Silas offers monthly on-site visits at our Chanhassen clinic. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her children and family pets.

Dr. Silas sees adult patients age 18 and older.

Dr. Silas believes effective psychiatric care begins with careful listening and a thoughtful understanding of each patient’s experience. Her approach focuses on evidence-based medication management while considering the broader factors that influence mental health and wellbeing. She works collaboratively with patients to develop treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term stability. Her goal is to help patients regain balance and maintain emotional wellbeing over time.
